Helping people better their careers is a passion of mine and I love meeting new people. I get to do what I love every day!

I’m a Senior Talent Recruiter here at Children’s Mercy and most importantly I’m a mother of two children. I want to hire the best here at Children's Mercy for not only my kids but for others.

I have the pleasure recruiting for Research, EEG Tech’s, Directors, GME, and HIM/ Medical coding here at the hospital.

I am a Talent Recruiter here at Children’s Mercy with a primary focus on customer service positions. I recruit for our Contact Center as well as Patient Access positions. I love talking to candidates to find out what they are passionate about and helping them find a position that they love at our hospital. I am honored to work here, recruiting top talent to care for our patients and families.

I am also the mom to two busy girls. My husband and I are big kids at heart and love spending time as a family.

I am the Director of Physician Recruitment and looking for physicians that would get a “thumbs-up” and “high-five” from our kids.

As a proud “me-maw” who thinks the world of her grandchildren, I am determined to find the BEST, most talented, most caring and “fun” physicians to be a part of Children’s Mercy. It takes so much more than just a medical degree to take care of OUR children. Only the BEST for my grandchildren and all of our children at Children’s Mercy!

If you are a physician looking for a great opportunity, would our children (and grandchildren) recommend you? If the answer is yes, I would love to hear from you! The kids are waiting...

I am a Senior Talent Recruiter responsible for the recruitment of APRN’s and several other nursing areas throughout the hospital. I’m a Texas Tech University grad and have previous work experience in physician recruitment.

In 2016, I relocated to Kansas City and began my career at Children’s Mercy. Working at a children’s hospital has always been my dream and I’m honored to be a part of this top-rated organization.

In my spare time, I enjoy visiting my niece and nephew, spending time with friends, volunteering and taking in all that Kansas City has to offer!

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, I do a little bit of everything and I'm often referred to as the "jack-of-all-trades" for our team. I can usually answer any and all questions. On a given day, I keep multiple balls in the air from social media administration; planning new hire events; or working with a film crew to capture our unique employee stories. I own or manage lots of various projects geared toward our team goals. I also jump into complex candidate itinerary development and budget and variance reporting.

My side hustle is my three kids, who have all been previously treated at Children's Mercy. I've walked through these doors as a parent with a sick child and it makes me even more appreciative of the truly amazing pediatric care provided at our hospital.

If you have questions about Children's Mercy or want to learn more about opportunities within our organization, reach out to me via email.

I am a Lead Recruitment Strategist and my primary focus is on manager, director and senior director-level positions throughout the hospital. I love that I get chance to bring in top talent to make Children’s Mercy a better place for the kids in Kansas City and surrounding areas.

At home, I have an amazing wife and one awesome son! We struggled with fertility so we call him our “lucky” one. We are also foster parents, which keeps us on our toes.

If you have questions about the hospital or any of our openings, I would love to hear from you.

I am the Talent Onboarding Coordinator at Children’s Mercy, which means I help a lot of our new hires with their onboarding process. I love being a resource for anyone we bring into the hospital as an employee and enjoy helping them feel as comfortable as possible. I take pride in working for a hospital that is so focused on patient and family care.

When I am not working, I spend most of my time with family, my fiancé and our three dogs: Blu, Mr. Paul and Kai.

Please let me know if you have any questions and…if I don’t know the answer, I will find someone who does!

I am the mom of two great boys who found their way to my home by way of adoption. As a former PTA President, I attended countless school programs and served on many school district committee’s focused on education. As the mom of a child on the autism spectrum, I am dedicated to helping improve the lives of all individuals who have challenges.

It is my great pleasure to recruit new physicians to Children’s Mercy Hospital. As the Physician Recruiter, I work to match talented people with the right opportunities within the hospital. I love working with doctors to help them advance their careers in medicine at Children's Mercy.

I’m the Community Outreach Talent Recruiter at Children’s Mercy. I’m also a busy mom of two amazing teenagers that have been treated at our hospital. I know the feeling of walking in the door as a parent and was thankful for the care my children received while here as patients.

These past experiences have created a passion for community outreach. I want to help the next generation of CM employees by developing relationships with high schools, trade schools, colleges and universities so they understand all the great opportunities available in our organization. I work with students on job prep, interview skills, resume building and more. I also work with current business partners to promote diversity and inclusion within our organization.

If you are interested in having us attend a career or job fair, or have questions about positions at Children’s Mercy, please reach out to me.

I grew up as a Children’s Mercy kid having been diagnosed with hypothyroidism at a young age. It was a scary challenge, but every Children’s Mercy employee that crossed my path made it easy for me to continue being a kid.

These memories made my decision to join Children’s as the Recruitment Coordinator an easy one! I enjoy being one of the first people candidates come in contact with and continuing the tradition of excellence for the hospital, for Kansas City, and for our children.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy traveling with my family, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, spending time with my fiancé (Jeff) and our dogs (Rey and Obi-Wan), and attending live music and concert events.

Please let me know if I can help you find a job you love at Children’s Mercy…just like I did!

As a Senior Talent Recruiter at Children’s Mercy, my primary focus is on Information Systems (IS) positions and various niche roles throughout the hospital. As the IS recruiter, I have naturally become the team “muse” in learning and understanding all the systems we work within to recruit top talent. The tech industry is ever-changing which keeps this job exciting. Understanding just a small portion of what our hospital IS engineers, architects and cyber security teams do each day, makes me more committed to finding the best talent for these teams.

I also stay busy being a mommy to two active kiddos who keep my husband and I on-the-go. They are my truest joy and serve as a constant reminder of the committed, top-rated care provided at Children’s Mercy to our patients and families. I am honored to work here and love being a part of an organization that strives to create a world of well-being for children! If you’d like to learn about openings in IS or have questions, reach out to me through email.

I am a Talent Acquisition Supervisor supporting various departments throughout the hospital. I am passionate about finding the right person for the right role. As a mom of three, I know what is important to me when it comes to taking care of my kids and it is my mission to find those qualities in all of my hires.

My family and I love being outdoors, going on walks with our dog, Winston, and dancing around the house. We are busy with sports and are often on the field cheering on our little athletes.

When you love what you do it doesn’t feel like work! That is a motto I have found to be true at Children’s Mercy. If you are ready to join the CM family, go to our Careers Page and “Introduce Yourself” to us or send me an email. Find something you love today!
