You can schedule an appointment a few different ways depending on your needs. Some appointment types can be done through telemedicine, while others are in-person. When making an appointment, please have this information available:

  • Your child's insurance information.
  • Contact information for your child's primary care provider.

You can schedule an appointment for your child using the information below.

Scheduling hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Call (816) 234-3272 if you have been referred to Radiology by your medical provider for an ultrasound, MRI, CT, etc.

Scheduling Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Physicians should call (816) 302-6808 to schedule patient appointments with Hematology and Oncology.

Call (816) 302-6869 to schedule patient appointments with the Hemophilia Treatment Center.

Call to schedule same-day sick visits, immunizations, and well-child exams including physicals and Kan Be Health Screenings.

If you currently receive care at Children's Mercy and are enrolled in the MyChildrensMercy patient portal, you can request and manage appointment on the portal including:

  • Request an appointment with certain departments.
  • Request multiple appointments.

When your child is sick or injured and your primary care provider is not available, call (816) 234-3188 for advice from the Children's Mercy Nurse Advice Line. Or, you can request a callback online. We are available to answer your questions 24/7.
