Dr. Manimtim is Medical Director of the Infant Tracheostomy and Home Ventilator Program at Children's Mercy. The program is the only one in the U.S. where neonatologists serve as both primary care provider and intensivists for each tracheostomy and home ventilator patient. The program is one of the largest in the U.S. and has a patient survival rate better than the national average.
