The Tourette Syndrome Center provides a full range of specialty services to treat patients with Tourette syndrome and other conditions that cause impaired movement. Patients benefit from a collaborative approach to care that is personalized to their unique needs. And all aspects of treatment will take place in one convenient location.

Treating Tourette Syndrome in Children

Our program is staffed by an experienced clinical team that includes a neurologist, psychiatrist, and nurse practitioner. Teams within the Division of Neurology and Division of Developmental and Behavioral Sciences at Children's Mercy provide direct support for the Movement Disorders Clinic.
