You and your family* are eligible for a Motion Capture at the Take CARE Employee Clinic and Pharmacy, which uses Cerner Motion Health to reveal any musculoskeletal issues that could be causing pain now or lead to injury later. This is the same technology and analysis offered to athletes at CM’s Sports Medicine Center at Village West to help them improve their success on the field, court or golf course, but it’s not just for those who participate in sports.

Based on your Motion Capture, the Take CARE Employee Clinic and Pharmacy’s Certified Athletic Trainer will develop a plan for you as needed and collaborate with the Corporate Fitness Works staff at the on-site Employee Fitness Center, if you’re a member, to recommend any strength-training or other exercise that can be accomplished with the equipment there. 

Your Take CARE Employee Clinic provider may refer you for a Motion Capture, or you may self-refer.

If you are covered by a CM medical plan, any preventive Motion Capture visits will be covered at 100 percent; non-preventive follow-up Motion Capture visits will cost just $10.

If you’re not covered by a CM medical plan, you’ll pay a market-competitive rate.
