  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP):We partner with ComPsych to provide you with access to confidential short-term counseling and referrals on a variety of topics, including child and elder care and financial counseling.

  • Discounted Children’s Mercy services: You’ll receive discounts on the cost of inpatient and outpatient services received at Children’s Mercy.

  • Adoption Assistance: Up to $5,000 of adoption-related expenses will be reimbursed to you if you adopt or provide foster care for children.
