Overview: The company registration process is three (3) screens. Required fields are denoted with an asterisk (*). If there are any errors or missing information, you will stay on the same page and an error message will appear at the top of the page.
Email to Representatives: On the third screen, you will be asked for the email address of any representatives who routinely visit the hospital. These registrants will receive an email with a link directing them to the representative registration site.
