Peer Organization Consulting
Culture and Language Coaching Program
The Culture and Language Coaching Program defines peer organizations as health care or academic centers looking to implement their own culture and language coaching program. We are available to provide consultation and technical support to such peers, including organizational recommendations, coach training and access to materials.
We have consulted with multiple educational institutions interested in developing similar training models, including the University of Kansas School of Medicine (Kansas City, KS), Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN), Waco Family Medicine Residency (Waco, TX), Baylor Scott & White/Mclane’s Children’s Hospital (Temple, TX), St. Christopher's Hospital for Children (Philadelphia, PA), and Primary Children’s Hospital (Salt Lake City, UT).
