Prospective Supplier: Thank you for taking the time to register with Children's Mercy as a supplier that wishes to support our operations. Suppliers that are not yet doing business with us must first register.

Please note: registering as a Supplier does not guarantee an opportunity to compete for business, imply a contract, or intent to purchase anything by Children's Mercy. We will contact you when there is a need for your services or materials.

Please complete New supplier request form If your company’s services are around Conference Registrations, Professional Membership Fees, Non-Employee Reimbursements, Sponsorships and Donations, Honorariums, Speaker Fees, or Family Assistance.

For all remaining vendor types, Please register using the Supplier Portal. 

Children's Mercy highly values diversity -- if you are a diverse supplier, you must include a copy of your diversity certification with your registration.
