Transitioning from Childhood to Adulthood
The LAUNCH Program is designed to support kids with bleeding disorders as they transition from childhood to adulthood. The program is intended for young adults (age 15 and older) who have bleeding disorders and are transitioning from pediatric to adult care.
LAUNCH was designed with input from a group of young adults in order to make the transition to adult care as smooth as possible. The program helps patients maximize lifelong well-being by providing continuous, high-quality health care. Our team encourages young adults to become active participants in their care.
