The MyChildrensMercy patient portal provides you access to your child's health information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, you will be able to:
- Reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- View lab results.
- Message your care providers.
- View medication list.
- Download visit summaries.
- See immunization history.

Children’s Mercy is moving to Epic MyChart on March 1. Your family’s important health information will automatically carry over from the MyChildrensMercy Patient portal into the new system. You will still have access to the MyChildrensMercy Patient Portal until June 2026.
You will need a Children’s Mercy MyChart account in order to access your family’s health information. You can enroll in person starting March 1, or you can start the enrollment process online now.
