About Children's Mercy West

At Children's Mercy West, our specialists provide expert care to children in Wyandotte County. The West campus is a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, which serves as the primary care clinic for children and adolescents with all of their healthcare coordinated through the clinic. Care is focused on education and patient outreach. A Medical Home means patients get well and stay well by connecting families to our team of doctors and nurses who get to know you and your child.

All children should have access to quality primary care. That's why Children's Mercy West is dedicated to general health for children up to 18 years of age. Our team includes board-certified doctors and nurse practitioners who work closely with other providers to ensure a strong continuum of care for every child we serve. The Cordell D. Meeks, Jr. Clinic provides same-day sick visits, immunizations and well-child exams including physical and Kan Be Health Screenings.

We accept Kansas Medicaid and other insurance types.
