Valet parking is simple and convenient.
When you arrive:
A valet attendant will greet you and ask for your name and cell phone number. We’ll park your vehicle and send a text message with your electronic claim check. In some situations, we may also provide a paper ticket.
If you need a wheelchair or wagon, please let us know. An attendant can bring one to help you get inside.
When you’re ready to leave:
Return to the valet stand and show the attendant your claim check text. The valet team will retrieve your vehicle.
If you’d like, you can also use the claim link to text ahead a few minutes before you’re ready to leave so the team can begin bringing your vehicle around.
In most cases, your vehicle will be returned within a few minutes. If you text ahead shortly before leaving, your car may be ready by the time you arrive outside.

If you need your vehicle after valet hours (after 5 p.m.), you can still pick it up.
- Return to the emergency room entrance where you dropped off your vehicle.
- Go to the guest services emergency room desk.
- A Guest Services team member will ask for your ID and help you get your keys.
- We’ll let you know where your car is parked and can help with directions if needed.
Your vehicle will remain parked on hospital property until you are ready to pick it up.
We handle every vehicle with care. We also recommend taking valuables with you — such as wallets, phones, laptops and bags containing valuables— or placing them out of sight before handing your vehicle to an attendant.
