Children’s Mercy and Mercy Springfield Communities are excited to announce new details regarding their transformative partnership that will bring expanded pediatric services and specialized care to families across southwest Missouri. 

Children’s Mercy unveiled renderings of the dedicated clinic planned in Wichita. Construction will begin in May, with an expected open date in summer 2026. Built for kids, the expanded clinic will serve more than 10,000 patients by optimizing space, collaboration and an exceptional patient and family experience.
