Faculty and Fellows
Pediatric Clinical Pharmacology Fellowship
The T32 Program Faculty are a professionally diverse group that include experts in a multitude of disciplines, including pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenetics, analytical chemistry, genomics, drug metabolism and transport, drug development and delivery, gene regulation, bioinformatics, biostatistics, dissemination and implementation science, and pharmacoepidemiology along with numerous medical subspecialists.
Senior faculty ensure that trainees have highly experienced individuals to facilitate research education and mentoring. Mid-career and Junior mentors are paired with a senior program mentor to guide the training of a given fellow. In consultations with the PDs, a Scholarship Oversight Committee (SOC) with a broad range of expertise related to the fellow’s area(s) of interest will be developed and meet regularly.
The T32 program at CMH is founded on the belief that a successful research training experience depends on a strong mentoring relationship with one or more active, established investigators, supported by a well-rounded, multidisciplinary mentoring team

What the Graduates are Saying
Jean Dinh, current position in industry
"This program and the people involved in it are truly special. Because of my time in the T32 fellowship, I now understand that more effort needs to be dedicated to scientific discovery in vulnerable, under-studied, and under- represented populations, such as, children."
Kate Kyler, recent graduate and current assistant professor at Children’s Mercy
"The T32 fellowship provided me critical education and network building within the pediatric clinical pharmacology discipline, along with time and support to develop grant writing skills resulting in two successful K award applications during my fellowship. Without a doubt, the T32 Clinical Pharmacology training program at CMKC was instrumental in these early academic successes."
Jacob Brown, current position in academia
"This fellowship program has an exceptional track record of developing clinicians that are able to expand their practice and transform them into clinician scientists."
