Acute Pain Service

Members of the pain management team work with children who are staying in the hospital through a variety of ways including:

• Our Anesthesiology Pain Service provides expertise in pain management therapies in the acute perioperative setting, including but not limited to Patient Controlled Analgesia (PCA), epidurals and nerve blocks.

• Peripheral Nerve Block Patient/Family Education - English

• Peripheral Nerve Block Patient/Family Education - Spanish

• Complex Pain Management (CPS) provides support and treatment for chronic/complex painful conditions in the inpatient setting.
