Request for Access to Individual Level Data

Pediatric researchers may request access to individual level data from the Genomic Answers for Kids program.

Data use requests:

1. Requests will be reviewed by the GA4K Data Use Committee. The committee has 1 week to review and provide any comments or questions to the investigator.
2. Once approved, the investigator is required to sign a Data Use Agreement before gaining access to the data.
3. Evidence of Institutional Review Board approval must be submitted with the Data Use Agreement
