B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL)- A study looking at how diet and exercise can impact chemotherapy's effectiveness and amount of body fat gained in patients with B-ALL

This study is for patients who: • Are greater than 7 years old and less than 26 years old. • Have a B-ALL diagnosis This is a randomized trial (like flipping a coin) to learn more about making small, personalized changes to diet and exercise and how it might make chemotherapy work better and keep patients healthy. • Group A will receive diet and exercise education and receive a Fitbit to keep when the study is over. • Group B will receive a more intensive program with a dietician and physical therapist to create a plan and check-in more frequently while wearing a Fitbit during the study that they will keep at the end.

This study does not take place at Children’s Mercy.
