Uveitis Disease Registry: A tool used to collect information about Uveitis (an inflammatory disease affecting the inside of the eye)

This study is for children: • Under 18 years old • Children with current or past uveitis This study collects information to learn about uveitis and how it affects children's vision. What we learn may help doctors take better care of children with uveitis in the future.
