Follow up appointments should be scheduled by the patient by calling the Sports Medicine Clinic at (816) 701-HURT (4878).

Conditions Treated

Chronic sports condition, confirmed ligament/tendon tear, female athlete triad, non-fracture acute sports injury, nutrition concerns, sports fractures, sports-related concussion, sports-related heat illness

Please be advised that the Sports Medicine clinic will not see patients under 8 years of age.

For concussion, please indicate on referral form the date of the injury as well as any current symptoms.
