Follow up appointments should be scheduled by the patient by calling the Kidney Center at (816) 234-3030.

Antenatal consult, breaks/fractures, chronic renal insufficiency, enuresis, end-stage renal disease, glomerulonephritis, hematuria, Henoch-Schonlein purpura, hemolytic-uremic syndrome, hydronephrosis, hypercalcuria, hypertension, kidney genetic disorder, kidney/bladder stones, McCune-Albright, MCDK, nephrotic syndrome, osteogenesis imperfecta, osteopenia, osteoporosis, PKD, posterior urethral valve, proteinuria, pseudohyperthyroidism, rickets, urinary urgency/frequency, pain with urination, UTI, vesicoureteral disease, vitamin deficiency, voiding dysfunction, Williams syndrome

For enuresis referrals, please indicate on referral form whether frequency is during the daytime, nighttime, or both.

Daytime ONLY enuresis will be seen in the Urology clinic.
