Description: The rotation involves both inpatient and outpatient services. Typically, the rotation will be scheduled with one to two weeks on the Outpatient Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic; one week of in patient consult; and one week of Cystic Fibrosis (clinic and outpatient).
The structure is flexible, depending on the particular interest of the student. To maximize educational opportunities, specific days of the rotation may be scheduled at a satellite clinic at Children's Mercy Hospital Kansas or Children's Mercy Northland. This rotation does not require weekends.
Criteria for passing: Attending evaluations and end of rotation test.
