Meal Program at Children's Mercy

Each summer Children’s Mercy participates in the USDA Summer Food Service Program. A free lunch is available Monday through Friday for children ages 1 – 18 years June 1st through August 7th.

Some locations will offer a fresh box of produce for families, while supplies last. Grab-n-Go lunches are available at the following locations and times:

Children’s Mercy Clinics on Broadway

3101 Broadway Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64111

  • 11:30 am – 1 pm
  • Fresh sack lunch and allergy free lunch available
  • On Tuesdays and Thursdays, a fresh box of produce will be given to families while supply lasts

  • Monday through Friday 12:30 – 2:30 pm
  • Shelf stable meal
  • On Mondays, a fresh box of produce will be given to families while supply lasts

Children’s Mercy Hospital Kansas

  • On Mondays beginning July 13th from 8:00 – 10:30 a.m., a fresh box of produce will be given to families while supply lasts

Support during COVID-19

Many families in our community need extra support right now. Children’s Mercy has gathered resources for Kansas and Missouri families who need assistance with food, transportation and other basics during the COVID-19 pandemic.
