If you have established care with a PCP at the Take CARE Employee Clinic and Pharmacy, you can receive IUD placement services. IUDs can help prevent pregnancy for up to 10 years. If you’re interested in this service, please call the Take CARE Employee Clinic at (816) 412-2355 to schedule an appointment with your PCP for an initial consult.

If you’re enrolled in a CM medical plan, IUD placement is available at no charge to you; IUD removal requires a $10 copay. If you are not enrolled in a CM medical plan, you’ll pay market-competitive rates for these services.
