I am a Senior Talent Recruiter with a passion for children and those who care for them! With more than 20 years in recruiting and HR, I still find it thrilling to match talented folks with great opportunities and now I get to do it in a way that can really impact the life of a child. At Children’s Mercy, I work on recruitment for director and senior director level positions and collaborate with a variety of departments to meet their hiring needs like Philanthropy, Medical Administration, Performance Improvement, Government Relations – to name just a few. As an adoptive mom, and former foster parent, my children have been on the receiving end of care at Children's Mercy. I can attest to the level of care and compassion we received and I keep that level of service as a goal for every role that I fill for this organization.

In my downtime, you can find me at the lake – where we enjoy camping, hiking and sightseeing. I also love Kansas City and spending time with family and friends taking in the many wonderful live music venues and restaurants this town has to offer!

If you have questions about job opportunities at Children’s Mercy, I would love to chat with you. Reach out to me through email.

I am the Director of Physician Recruitment and looking for physicians that would get a “thumbs-up” and “high-five” from our kids.

As a proud “me-maw” who thinks the world of her grandchildren, I am determined to find the BEST, most talented, most caring and “fun” physicians to be a part of Children’s Mercy. It takes so much more than just a medical degree to take care of OUR children. Only the BEST for my grandchildren and all of our children at Children’s Mercy!

If you are a physician looking for a great opportunity, would our children (and grandchildren) recommend you? If the answer is yes, I would love to hear from you! The kids are waiting...

I am a Senior Talent Recruiter responsible for the recruitment of our Advanced Practice Providers throughout the hospital. I am a Texas Tech University grad, and I began my recruitment career in 2011 recruiting Emergency Medicine physicians for rural hospitals. In 2016, I relocated to Kansas City and began my career at Children’s Mercy. Working at a children’s hospital has always been a dream. I am dedicated to finding the most qualified health care providers to care for our patients and families.

My greatest joy is being an aunt to two littles and a dog mom to my sweet Goldendoodle, Winnie.  I also enjoy trying new recipes, being outdoors, volunteering, and taking in all that Kansas City has to offer!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Children’s Mercy, I work with our dedicated recruiters to connect potential hires with key hospital stakeholders and deliver a seamless, unforgettable recruitment experience. My day consists of crafting position descriptions for executive-level roles, developing candidate profiles, showcasing our impressive hospital and city, and arranging complex itineraries on behalf of our candidates and hiring teams.
