This FAQ used to be posted monthly to STAT-L/SCI.STAT.CONSULT. The link between STAT-L and SCI.STAT.CONSULT has been broken for quite a while (at least since 2001), so I have not been updating this FAQ or posting it regularly. If anyone is interested in reviving this link, you would be doing everyone a great service.
