Financial Matters Pay My Bill

Children's Mercy is devoted to providing high quality health care and exceptional customer service for our patients and families. This commitment extends to the billing process and Patient Financial Services. We recently developed a new portal for families, Patient Billing Services, to manage hospital bills. Please click here to access the new site.

Below is important information you may find helpful:

  • Each family will be required to set up a new account, even if you have managed your bills online in the past
  • Families that are currently enrolled in our paperless billing will be deactivated. If you would like to continue with paperless billing you will be able to re-enroll in the new site
  • Families that are currently enrolled in an automatic credit card agreement will be deactivated. Due to sophisticated encryption technology, Children’s Mercy does not store your credit card information, therefore if you would like to continue with the automatic credit card agreement you will need to re-enroll in the new site
  • You will still be able to conveniently access the new payment system through our homepage under Pay My Bill
