On behalf of the Department of Pediatrics and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, welcome to the Children’s Mercy Hospital Pediatrics Residency website. Our faculty of more than 300 clinicians, educators and researchers are dedicated to family centered care, competency-based education and discovery in clinical and translational research. Our residency program directors are faculty leaders who take a personal interest in each resident and their career path. Together our goal is to provide a rich patient care experience that offers the full depth and breadth of Pediatrics in an exceptional learning environment.

Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics have a long history of providing compassionate, state-of-the-art care to the children of Kansas City and our surrounding region.
