In fact, we offer a comprehensive range of programs and services representing more than 40 distinct pediatric specialties, all serviced by a dedicated staff of nearly 500 pediatric specialists.

At Children's Mercy, our expertise reaches far and wide, so our patients don't have to. We offer the most extensive pediatric services between Denver and St. Louis, with a service area encompassing 135 counties in Missouri and Kansas. Our clinical care covers nearly every aspect of pediatric medicine, including inpatient and outpatient surgical services; kidney, liver and bone marrow transplant services; Level I pediatric trauma center; Level III+ intensive care nursery; more than 20 outreach clinics; and the region's only exclusively pediatric home care program.
