Preferred Appointment Scheduling

We are committed to providing timely care for pediatric illnesses and injuries. Because we understand, when a child is sick, parents want answers. And they want them fast. That’s why we partner with you to determine your preferred appropriate time frame for new patient appointments: first available, seven days, two weeks, one month, or if needed, under three days. During the past 13 months, we’ve been able to fulfill requested appointment time frames 97 percent of the time.

Each month we track third-available appointments for each clinic. Our goal is for any provider or parent calling the Contact Center to schedule a new patient appointment, the clinic will be able to offer three available appointment times within the next 10 calendar days.


Make a Referral

Use our new patient appointment form to request the time frame you prefer. If your patient needs to be seen in less than 3 days, call 1 (800) GO MERCY / 1 (800) 466-3729 and one of our specialists will visit with you about your request. Wait times vary by specialty. Currently, we are averaging 12 days to third available appointment across all specialties.
