'Good Morning, Children's Mercy!'

The Children’s Mercy Pediatric Care Network (PCN) is building a model of health care delivery for the future, and today Jason talks with Bob Finuf, Vice President and PCN Executive Director, about highlights of PCN activities since it began operations in January 2012. PCN is an integrated pediatric network that coordinates the medical care of Medicaid children in the Kansas City region. In its first 18 months, PCN is coordinating care for about 85,000 patients in Missouri and Kansas, and is targeted to expand to over 100,000 by the end of this year. Learn more about the PCN’s “neighborhood concept,” patient-centered medical home approach, and plans for managing complex care. (Time: 12:30 minutes)
