If you are a current or past patient of Children's Mercy and are between the ages of 13-18, TAB might be the perfect place for you! If you are interested in becoming a member of our Teen Advisory Board, you are the legal guardian of someone interested, or want to recommend a patient, we ask you to please read our Bylaws. This document explains our expectations for members and the board as a whole, what to expect with regular meetings, parents' involvement, and what you need to know if making a recommendation.

If after reading the Bylaws, you feel this is a group you are interested in joining, you may complete the TAB Online Application Form. You can also pick a paper copy up in the Volunteer Services office, fill it out, and send it to:
