Hot sunny days are just perfect for ragweed. That reflects our pollen count today. The large amount ragweed pollens are pollinating and releasing into the air now. That is not good news for ragweed allergic persons. But mold counts are in low range. The ozone in K.C. area is on good level today (GREEN) according to MARC SkyCast (www.marc.gov).

Disclosure:
Pollen and mold counts are collected at the various locations using Allergenco Sampler MK-3s. Results are expressed as the median value of the particles per cubic meter from each site and represent an integrated 24 hour collection. These results may be published provided their source is acknowledged. Commercial use of these results is not permitted unless written authorization is provided by the Children's Mercy Hospital section of Allergy/Asthma?Immunology. All questions should be addressed to (816)234-3097 during the day. For a recorded count call (816)346-1331.
