We undertake research projects and collaborations with many investigators. For example, we are collaborating with Michael Seldin, MD, and Eric Gershwin, MD, at the University of California- Davis, to identify the genetic variants that cause primary biliary cirrhosis. 

Scope of Genome Research

Genome research projects involve genome, exome or targeted panel sequencing, mRNA sequencing and methylome sequencing, together with data pipelining, analysis and statistical analysis.
