This department maintains all patient records for the main hospital and our satellite facilities. The Medical Records Department at the main hospital is open 24 hours per day. The Children's Mercy South department is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may be accessed after hours through the Security department. Copies of patients' medical records may be obtained by calling the department numbers listed above. Records can be faxed in emergency situations.
