Children's Mercy West Clinic is located in Kansas City, Kansas, just off State Ave. and
I-635. The building address is 4313 State Ave., near the intersection of N. 43rd Street and State Ave. Children from birth to age 18 are seen Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings by appointment only. We are not
able to accommodate walk-in patients.

The Teen Clinic is located at 4601 Paseo, at the corner of 46th Street and The Paseo. The facility is about 10 minutes southeast of Children's Mercy Hospital in the Gates Building, ground floor. The entrance to the Teen Clinic is in the back of the building.

The College Boulevard Clinic is located at 5520 College Boulevard in Overland Park, at the northwest corner of College and Nall. The facility is one block south and east of Children's Mercy South.
