Children's Mercy offers the expertise of pediatric pulmonologists to assist patients with a spectrum of disorders that involve the lungs and upper respiratory tract. In addition to providing consultations, diagnostic testing and treatment, our staff performs sophisticated lung function testing and flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy through our pediatric pulmonary laboratory. Our pulmonologists provide care for children of all ages and where appropriate, adults with conditions such as cystic fibrosis.
