Pediatric Surgery Training Program
Children’s Mercy Hospital offers a broad range of surgical services including the complex tertiary care of congenital and acquired head, neck, thoracic, abdominal and extremity diseases. Staff members provide 24-hour coverage and can be promptly reached for surgical consultation and care. Every surgery is attended by a pediatric anesthesiologist who has experience in administering anesthesia precisely measured for the child's age, size and condition.
