The Children's Mercy Contact Center offers important services for community physicians including referrals and after-hours telephone triage.

PHYSICIAN APPOINTMENT LINE (816) 234-3700 / (800) 800-7300
Physicians and their staff may use this designated line when calling Children's Mercy for specialty referrals. Our nurses also help coordinate clinic visits for new patients. When scheduling follow-up appointments, please contact the clinic directly.

AFTER-HOURS TRIAGE SERVICE
Pediatric-trained nurses handle after-hours calls for participating physicians. Benefits include:
