Residency

The Department of Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine at Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics introduces the resident to different aspects of pulmonary medicine, which include general pulmonary, cystic fibrosis and sleep medicine. Medical Students

The University of Missouri-Kansas City, the University of Kansas and the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences take elective rotation in our division. We offer a four-week elective in both inpatient and outpatient settings, which include general pulmonary, cystic fibrosis and sleep medicine. Community Education

We provide ongoing community educational support to Greater Kansas City area schools.
We hold annual educational and support seminars for families of children who have Cystic Fibrosis and Narcolepsy.
We provide Sleep Fellowship Training (one year) in collaboration with UMKC-SOM and KUMC.
