Fellowships
Neurology Fellowship
Our child neurology fellowship program, which is co-sponsored
with the adult neurology training program at the Kansas University
Medical Center, accepts one fellow per year. We offer an integrated
program with the pediatrics residency program so that residents and
fellows have the option to complete all five years of training at
Children's Mercy Hospital. We currently have six fellows in the
combined program. Learn more about the neurology fellowship program.

Residents
We provide bedside clinical education for a number of residency
programs. Four adult neurology residents from Kansas University
Medical Center rotate in three-month blocks each year.
Additionally, we have several resident rotators from other
pediatric programs in the area. Find out more about the residency program.

Other Educational Activities
Faculty from the division are involved in a variety of other
educational activities. For example, we collaboratively developed
the annual Missouri Valley Child Neurology Colloquium, an annual
regional meeting for child neurologists and developmental
pediatricians. We also provide didactic lectures to students at
area medical and graduate schools.
