The Section of Neurology provides outpatient clinical services
in three geographic sites: Children's Mercy Hospital in downtown
Kansas City at 2401 Gillham Road; Children's Mercy South in
Overland Park, Kansas; and Children's Mercy Northland in northern
Kansas City, Missouri; and inpatient services at the downtown
location. Our main office suite is located at Children's Mercy
Hospital in downtown Kansas City.
Services Offered
Our inpatient service and outpatient clinics serve the Kansas
City area and surrounding communities. With outpatient clinic
locations at Children's Mercy Hospital, Children's Mercy Northland,
and Children's Mercy South, we see patients five days per week with
approximately 10,000 appointments annually. In addition to our
general neurology clinics, we offer a headache clinic, an epilepsy
clinic, and an acute care clinic. Frequently treated diagnoses
include:
- Epilepsy/seizure disorders
- Headaches/migraines
- Tourette syndrome/movement disorders
- Developmental delay
- Neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Neurodegenerative disorders
- Genetic and immunology-related neurological disorders
