  • 24/7 availability of a transplant coordinator, transplant physician and transplant surgeon
  • Liver transplant procedures include whole organ, reduced size and split-liver grafts
  • Intestine and multivisceral transplants
  • Long term follow up care in conjunction with the primary care provider
  • Twice weekly outpatient transplant clinic
  • Joint clinic with oncology service for those children transplanted for hepatic malignancies
  • Multidisciplinary and family centered approach to patient care including the utilization of social work, child life, nutrition and chaplaincy services
  • Extensive patient and family education before, during and after the transplant procedure.
  • Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room accommodations for patient families
