First Downs for Down Syndrome (FDFDS) partners with the Kansas City Chiefs Offensive Line to promote a greater awareness of individuals with Down syndrome. FDFDS provides a significant portion of the budget necessary to operate the Children's Mercy Down Syndrome Clinic, and is committed to ensuring the Clinic's long-term viability. First Downs raises money through their annual fundraising events.
