| Jeff Janda Jeff has been a recruiter at Children’s Mercy Hospital since February of 2010. Jeff has several years of experience as an executive recruiter where he learned to source top talent, build client relationships and coach hiring managers on successful interview procedures and candidate assessment. Currently, Jeff is responsible for recruiting: Accounting & Finance, Child Life and Volunteer Services, IT, Lab, Nurse Practitioners, PT/OT, Perinatal Staff Nurses, Research and Social Work. |

| Angie Richardson Angie has worked in several areas of Human Resources at Children’s Mercy Hospital over the past 12 years but by far enjoys recruiting the most. She loves meeting new people and matching their skills and abilities with the right position at CMH. Angie has worked at both the main campus in Kansas City, MO as well as Children’s Mercy South in Overland Park, KS. Currently, Angie is the Clinical Talent Recruitment Supervisor and is responsible for coordinating the recruitment efforts in clinical areas. She is also the nursing recruiter for all critical care units. Angie has obtained a professional certification in Human Resources, PHR and is a member of the local Kansas City Human Resources Management Association as well as the Kansas City Area Health Care Recruiters Association. Angie is excited about the future of healthcare recruitment and is honored to work for such an outstanding organization! |

| Melynda Samson Melynda has been a recruiter with Children’s Mercy since November of 2011. Prior to CMH, she worked as a Divisional Sales Recruiter for T-Mobile covering the Midwest division. She has experience recruiting for high volume positions in a fast paced environment. Melynda has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She recruits for the inpatient Care Assistant positions. She loves meeting applicants and enjoys helping people further their career in nursing. |
